The Laboratory is located in building 409, with a total area of 290 m2.
It has several specialized areas of work like this:
- Models beach.
- Practice area with hydraulic machines.
- Classrooms.
- Offices teachers.
- The Hydraulics Laboratory works are shared with the Water Testing Laboratory where the computer room and the documentation center

| HISTORY |
|
| With 55 years of history, Hydraulics Laboratory was built based on the designs of Hydraulic Engineering and Professor Hunter Rouse. This laboratory has the facilities to carry out experiments to verify the theoretical and behaviors established in fluid mechanics and hydraulics, as well as testing and calibration of hydraulic devices. |

In the Laboratory of Hydraulics, develop academic and teaching practices and student internships, research, project assistance as Master's thesis, and Extension Service, local and national projects.
